EARLY LIFE
R.L. Stine was born in a poor Jewish family, he is the son of a shipping clerk "Louis Stine" and mother "Anne Feinstein". He was interested in writing from his early life and started writing at the age of nine when he found a typewriter in his garret. When he was in school then is not at like a straight-forward guy. He spends a lot of time in writing stories, jokes and comics. In his high school he joined school newspaper organisation. He qualified his higher studies from Ohio State University in 1965 in the field Bachelor of Arts in English.
AWARDS
In the great and successful life of R.L. Stine, he got lots of awards and recognition. According to an organisation "Forbes", Stine got the 36th position in the list of best worth Entertainers for the session of 1996-1997 and it is also estimated that he had been paid approx $41 million dollar in that financial year. His different book series have been sold over 400 million copies and 50 thousands+ bestseller have been sold worldwide in 24 different languages. In the year 2008, many of his books got selected in the bestseller lists.
PERSONAL LIFE
R.L. Stine married Jane Waldron (she is an editor and writer and later co-founded Parachute Press) on the date 22th of June,1969. They hold one and only child name Mathew who was born in 7th June, 1980 ane he is now currently indulged in the music industry.
SOURCE OF SCARY IDEAS
It won't be wrong if we say that R.L. Stine is the most frightful and trembling fictional story writer of whole America. He told that most of his story ideas has been inspired by his real life incident. For an example, he explains that in one of his Halloween his son Mathew wore a green rubber Frankenstein mask on his face and had troubled him on that day, by this incident he got the idea for the book "The Haunted Mask". He also says that when he wanted to get a suitable title for his story then he just walk along the way and then the name of title pop-up in his mind.
